What Has Math Magicians Done For You?

As a business that strives to prepare its clients for success in both school and life, Math Magicians wants to hear what we have been able to do for you!

Have we helped raise your grade? Taught you important study skills? Motivated you to succeed in school?

If we have helped you in any way, please send us your story and testimony!

And, if you are a parent and we have helped your child, we would love to hear from you, too!

We just need you to answer a few of the following questions in your testimony:

1. What is your name (first name and initial of last name)? School? Grade? Or, what is your child's information?

2. What were your or your child's grades, knowledge of stubject, study habits, and/or motivation before you or your child came to Math Magicians?

3. How has Math Magicians helped change your or your child's grade, knowledge of subject, study habits, and/or motivation? Can you provide details of your experience at Math Magicians? What is it specifically Math Magicians was able to do for you? You can provide examples such as a report card, teacher comments, or work you completed during your time at Math Magicians.

4. Would you recommend Math Magicians to someone you know? Why?

5. What is your email? Are you a part of any company?

Answering these questions would be such a blessing for Math Magicians! The answers you provide will help others find success...just like you!

Math Magicians has just created a Youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/mathmagicianstutor) and would love to upload videos of YOU and YOUR TESTIMONY! You can come into Math Magicians and be filmed answering these questions. Just let us know you're coming in by calling 661-718-3699 or by emailing justjulianne27@ucla.edu or info@mmtutor.com in advance. After having your parent sign a Video Release Form, you can be on Youtube and our website, telling everyone what Math Magicians has done for you!

If you want to film from the privacy of your own home, you can send us videos at justjulianne27@ucla.edu or info@mmtutor.com. Please try to email using AVI format. You can also email us for the Video Release Form so we can use your video on our channel and website.

If you are a little camera shy, you can just email us at info@mmtutor.com with your written responses to the above questions and we will use them on our blog, on our Wall of Fame, and on our website. You may also send us a photograph of yourself if you wish!
